Hi!

My name is Anwar Sosa; I have a Bachelor degree in Communications and a MBA in Marketing, both from Universidad Anahuac del Sur in Mexico; also several studies in animation, and other fields like literature, and cinema.

My unique mix of previous work experience had involved working in a University, a television broadcast company, and finally a reseller specialized in broadcast equipment and video editing software. All this experience has taken me to numerous paths, like being part of the production of special events, administration issues, public relations, communication, supervising, teaching and mostly video editing. One of my richest experiences was in TV Azteca - one of the two largest television broadcast companies in Mexico City-, there I was a video editor for a news daily show, also I was involved in the making of the news and had the freedom to apply my particular vision to certain events, but always showing ethic and respect for the people. The pressure of working on a daily show that was broadcasted in real time, demanded to have initiative, flexibility, and creativity in the process of develop a newsfeed; working that way gave me adaptability and resolving problems in a fast and efficient way. Finally, my current position at Digital Media Solutions has put me in new areas that are customer service, technical support, training, and developing strategies to gain more prospect clients or business partners. As a passionate for the cinema, animation and toys I have collaborated in lectures, short films, and supervising thesis.

I am pursuing a work in the cinema or television industries, because these two entertainment fields are my passion. Being part of a team that develops a movie, an animation or a TV series, could be a great way of put my feelings, knowledge and passion in a visual product that reaches the feelings of lot of people; and I simply think  that this feeling is overwhelming.
